3. Complete Your Submission
Complete the required submission details and follow the current instructions for delivering or posting your cards to Urban Empire Collectables.

4. Deliver or Post Your Cards
Cards can be delivered to our Newcastle store or posted according to our submission instructions.
Cards should be placed in suitable protective holders and packaged securely. Do not send cards loosely or in packaging that could damage them during transport.

5. Track Submission Updates
Grading turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Processing periods can change depending on PSA demand, service level, international transport and customs processing.
We have an automated email system that will send you updates as your cards progress.
6. Receive Your Graded Cards
Once completed cards have returned to Urban Empire Collectables and have been processed, customers are contacted regarding collection or return postage.
Please wait until you receive confirmation before travelling to the store to collect a submission. And please READ your email correctly.

Quoted turnaround periods are estimates and may be affected by demand, shipping, customs or PSA processing conditions. These times also start once PSA opens the package this could take weeks.
Can Urban Empire Tell Me What Grade My Card Will Receive?
We can help identify obvious condition concerns, but we cannot guarantee or promise a particular PSA grade.
Only PSA determines the final grade.
A card that appears clean through a sleeve may still have surface damage, small dents, print defects or other issues that become visible under stronger lighting and magnification.
Collectors should make their submission decision based on the possibility that the card may receive a lower grade than expected.
PSA, BGS or Another Grading Company?
The best grading company can depend on the type of card, its condition, how you intend to display it and the market in which you may eventually sell it.
PSA is commonly selected for Pokémon and sports cards, while some collectors prefer Beckett for premium modern cards, autographs, subgrades or the possibility of achieving a Black Label.

This service may help remove suitable surface dust, fingerprints and other light contaminants before submission. It can also include a closer inspection of the card under appropriate lighting to identify visible condition issues that may affect its grading potential.
Card cleaning does not guarantee a higher grade and cannot repair defects
What happens if PSA values my card above the selected service level?
PSA may apply an additional charge where the final value exceeds the limit for the selected service. Any applicable additional costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Can you grade cards yourselves?
No. Urban Empire Collectables facilitates submissions, while authentication and grading are completed by PSA.
How do I know where my submission is?
At various stages when your card progresses you will receive an email with an update.
