We are not PSA. We don’t control their queue or your grade.

Turnaround — read this
PSA times are estimates. They start when PSA opens and enters the cards, not when you drop them here.
With the current backlog those estimates have already blown out by months. Japanese cards can sit longer. Nobody here can speed PSA up.
Updates — email only
Status is email only. Not the counter, not Instagram, not Facebook comments.

Check that inbox before you ask. Updates go out when there’s something to say — not on a fixed monthly clock.

What to bring
The cards. That’s enough to start.
If you don’t have proper Card Savers, buy them in store from grading supplies. We’ll sort holders on the day.
We offer a cleaning fee — cards wiped down before they go. Ask at the counter if you want that.
Don’t wipe holos on a shirt. Don’t tape holders.
Declared value / upcharges
Our listed fees are the fees. What catches people is PSA.
If the card is worth more than you declared, PSA can upcharge you. Declare it properly. If you’re unsure, ask before it leaves the shop.

Should you grade it
Check sold prices. Look at the card in good light. If a 10 premium doesn’t cover the fee, don’t submit it to “make money.”

Us: intake, prep, optional clean, ship, return.
PSA: grade and slab. Their backlog is your wait.

Accepted. Often slower. Ask before you submit a stack.
