Grading Submission Update – Urban Empire Collectables

We have recently updated our grading submission update process. Moving forward, all updates will be sent to customers via email on a monthly basis.

If you have not received an email by 10 March 2026, it likely means we do not have your email address on file.

To ensure you receive your grading updates, please email info@urbanempirecollectables.com with the following details:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address

Once we have your details on file, you will be included in all future submission updates.

Please do not call the shop requesting grading updates, as updates will not be provided over the phone.


Important Information

Please also be aware that PSA is currently experiencing significant processing delays, which is heavily delaying the starting times of grading.

The grading service itself is still operating as advertised, however submissions are currently experiencing extended processing times before grading begins.

Below is an image showing the relevant stages of grading including postage, which in some cases can take up to 7 months. While we do expect many submissions to complete sooner, we ask for your patience as these delays are outside of our control.

Please note that Japanese cards are currently being processed via PSA Canada, which is adding an additional 4–6 weeks to turnaround times.
