A great early Sword & Shield-era Pokémon promo, this 2020 Meowth VMAX SWSH005 has been graded PSA 10 GEM MINT. PSA officially identifies the card as 2020 Pokémon SWSH Black Star Promo #005 FA/Meowth VMAX – Meowth VMAX Special Collection.

The card was originally released in the Meowth VMAX Special Collection on January 3, 2020, alongside Meowth V SWSH004 and an oversized version of Meowth VMAX. Importantly, this was the first Pokémon TCG product to feature a Pokémon VMAX, making SWSH005 an interesting piece from the very beginning of the Sword & Shield VMAX era.

Meowth VMAX features its Gigantamax form, has 300 HP and the G-Max Gold Rush attack, with artwork by aky CG Works. This example has achieved PSA's highest numerical grade of GEM MT 10.
