This 2019 Japanese Pokémon TCG promo features Pretend Comedian Pikachu, numbered 407/SM-P. The card was created specifically to celebrate the opening of Pokémon Center Osaka DX and features two Pikachu dressed as a traditional Japanese comedy duo.

The card was distributed during the Pokémon Center Osaka DX Open Commemoration Tailwind Campaign, beginning on September 20, 2019.
